1. Gather Your Documents When you closed on your home, you walked away with a set of documents. They included all of your mortgage documents along with any appraisals and inspections you had done, along with homeowners manuals, and homeowners association information and bylaws. Having these will help us put together the marketing for your home.

2. Find Out How Much You Still Owe If there is still a mortgage on the home, we will need to know. Find out from your bank what your payoff amount is and we’ll help you determine if selling will be beneficial for you or not.
3. Get A Comparative Market Analysis Done We will complete a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and come up with a competitive price that will get your home SOLD. Included is a Seller’s Estimated Net Proceeds Sheet so you will have an idea of what you may be walking away with after you sell your home.
4. Prep Your Home To sell at a competitive price, your home will have to look aesthetically pleasing. With our knowledge on how to stage a home, we will get your home ready to be placed on the market. This includes beautiful photos for marketing and staging tips for Buyer Showings and Open Houses.
5. Disclose It is mandatory to complete a Seller’s Disclosure Form in the state of MN. It protects you, the homeowner, from liability as you will be disclosing all highlights and defects that you are aware of in your home.
